Norman F. Olson, Cheese Scientist, Founder and Director of The Center for Dairy Research

An internationally renowned food scientist; a highly cited researcher who authored more than 130 articles on the chemistry, microbiology, and technology of cheese products; a skilled administrator of who led College effort to create a new cheese research institute and a new dairy research center; an outstanding communicator who started the cheese research symposium; an effective and honored teacher.
