Hector F. DeLuca
Hector earned his M.S. and Ph.D. in Biochemistry from CALS and since that time has become a pioneer in his field, with over 150 active U.S. patents. In his career spanning almost five decades, he has contributed in a highly significant way to our understanding of vitamin D, its mechanisms of action and the vitamin D endocrine system.
