Joe received all of his education in CALS’ Department of Food Science and transitioned seamlessly into its faculty. He devoted his entire career to the betterment of CALS, the university and Wisconsin’s food industry, earning a reputation as an inspirational teacher, notable scholar, valuable colleague, outstanding fundraiser, and friend of Wisconsin’s processing industry.
