An innovative potato and vegetable producer who has led his industry in initiatives to improve production and profitability while preserving environmental quality; a strong supporter of university research who has hosted countless field trials on his farm and spearheaded efforts to provide the university with a state-of-the-art research facility at the Hancock Agricultural Research Station; a loyal alumnus who has provided invaluable guidance as a member of the CALS Board of Visitors.
