  • Center for Dairy Research: This center serves as a national leader in strategic research for the dairy industry. CDR offers regular courses on milk pasteurization, cheese processing, dairy ingredient utilization, HACCP and sanitation techniques.
  • Food Safety and Health: CALS/UW-Extension program on food safety conducts regular workshops on food processing techniques, including fermentation, freezing and drying, canning and storage.
