- Babcock Institute for International Dairy Research and Development: One-day to two-week courses on dairy production tailored to specific needs. Offered on campus, in Wisconsin hotel conference facilities or overseas. Lectures and written materials, and translation services provided.
- Center for Dairy Profitability Management Education Program: This education program helps agricultural producers learn and apply management concepts to farm businesses.
- Center for Dairy Research: This center serves as a national leader in strategic research for the dairy industry. CDR offers regular courses on milk pasteurization, cheese processing, dairy ingredient utilization, HACCP and sanitation techniques.
- Center for Integrated Agricultural Systems: CIAS offers courses such as the Wisconsin School for Beginning Dairy and Livestock Farmers, the Wisconsin School for Beginning Market Growers and the Sustainable Agriculture Curriculum.
- Farm and Industry Short Course: This unique 17-week program prepares workers for advanced careers in the agricultural industry.
- Food Safety and Health: CALS/UW-Extension program on food safety conducts regular workshops on food processing techniques, including fermentation, freezing and drying, canning and storage.
- Great Lakes Regional Conservation Professional Development and Training Program: Offers interactive education and training programs on various aspects of on-farm conservation for growers, agency staff, co-op agronomists and crop consultants.
- Land Information and Computer Graphics Facility: Offers a range of workshops, from introductory GIS/LIS topics to more advanced topics like 3D Visualization of GIS data.
- Milking Research and Instructional Laboratory: Part of the CALS Department of biological Systems Engineering, this lab offers training on milking systems and automation, stray voltage and other dairy production issues.
