For over 20 years, the Bedding Plants Foundation, Inc. and Ohio Flori-culture Foundation have funded research projects at universities throughout the U.S. and Canada. These two charitable organizations have merged to form the Floriculture Industry Research and Scholarship Trust (FIRST). We fund approximately $100,000 in research grants each year. FIRST welcomes any proposal pertinent to the floriculture industry.
