The College of Agricultural & Life Sciences (CALS) is pleased to invite you to the Fall 2008 Career and Internship Fair. This year’s event will be held on Thursday, September 25 from 1:00 – 6:00 p.m. in the University of Wisconsin Engineering Centers Building.
We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to meet and identify students for internships (part-time, semester or summer) co-operative or full-time employment. Undergraduate and graduate students from agribusiness, basic sciences, food and agricultural sciences, natural resources, and applied social sciences use the event to visit with employers regarding career opportunities.
You may register for the Career Fair using a credit card. If you would rather pay with a check, you may complete our registration form and send us your payment.

For a parking permit you will need to submit your request by September 10.

Join us for an employer reception immediately following the Career Fair. This is an opportunity for you to visit with UW-Madison faculty, Career Services staff, and colleagues and enjoy some Wisconsin beverages and appetizers.
CALS offers students educational workshops related to careers preceding and during the Career Fair. Recruiters often participate in these workshops providing a valuable perspective to students and gaining direct access to students. We plan to offer a workshop on the topic of leadership, helping students understand why leadership experiences are important to employers and how students use leadership skills in particular industries.
