- The starting times for all split contests (M-Z) will be 8 a.m., followed by schools (A-L) later.
- The number of qualifying teams for the Horse contest has changed to the top 35% or 12 teams at an Area Contest.
- The Forestry Contest's new Superintendent is Jeremy Solin from UW-Stevens Point.
- The entry deadline postmark for Qualifying CDEs is Friday, April 11, 2008. The Non-Qualifying CDE deadline is April 1, 2008.
