- The starting times for all split contests (M-Z) will be 8 a.m., followed by schools (A-L) later.
- In order to compete in this state Wildlife contest, you must qualify in the top 50% at an Area Contest.
- In order to compete in this state Floriculture contest, you must qualify in the top 25% or top 4 teams at an Area Contest.
- The deadline for Non-Qualifying Contest entry is April 1, 2004 (Including Payment). A late penalty of $50 per day will be charged to any entry or payment that arrives after the April 1 deadline.
- The deadline for Qualifying Contest entry is April 10, 2004 (Including Payment). A late penalty of $50 per day will be charged to any entry or payment that arrives after the April 10 deadline.
- Any team member representing an FFA chapter at a Career Development Event must be a member on the Chapter's official roster.
