The Office of Undergraduate Programs and Services receives notification of scholarships offered by various agencies and organizations that may be of interest to CALS students. Listed on this page are the opportunities we currently have on file in Room 116 Ag Hall. Students interested in learning more about these awards should ask for the binder containing copies of the information we have received.

Scholarships

SMART Scholarship Program

Approximately 300 scholarships of full-tuition at any accredited US University plus $25,000 for undergraduates will be awarded. Recipients must be US citizens, and are required to work in a defense laboratory upon graduation. Summer internships are required.

Wisconsin Assoc. of Professional Agricultural Consultants

2 scholarships of $750 will be awarded to undergraduates whose career goals would benefit from participating in an internship related to production agriculture or applied research. Preference will be given to students enrolled in production agricultural programs (crop and/or livestock). Scholarship is given based on merit and not financial need. Applicants must have been enrolled the previous summer in an internship that was production related.

Students may obtain the application form in Room 116 Ag Hall, 1450 Linden Drive. Materials must be received by WAPAC by NOVEMBER 6, 2009.
