Capital Exercise
The Hatch and McIntire-Stennis capital exercise is an opportunity to fund requests for major items used to support these research programs. The requested equipment must directly benefit Hatch or McIntire-Stennis project research and a 50% match from a non-142 project is required. No office/administrative equipment can be purchased in this exercise. Projects terminating in the fiscal year or projects beginning the next fiscal year are not eligible for this exercise.
