Alumni, faculty, staff, students and friends of the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences are encouraged to participate in the CALS lecture series, Wisconsin's Best. This series will focus on Wisconsin food products that are industry leaders in research or production. University and industry experts will provide an insider's look into various aspects of the development, cultivation, processing and marketing of these food staples.

Learn through your taste buds about the delectable world of chocolate and compound coatings with professor of food science Rich Hartel. Guests will try complementary chocolate samples, including some from Wisconsin-based companies, to understand the characteristics and production of this indulgent treat.
This event is free and open to the public. To ensure adequate food is available, registration is requested by December 7.
Note: Parking is free in Lot 36 after 4:30 p.m.
